Bourbon Pork Ribs Marinade
Glazed bourbon pork ribs, marinated and grilled, are perfect for summer cookouts or game day festivities.

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and heat until the brown sugar dissolves, then remove and cool for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and excess fat, then place them in a large dish.

Cover the ribs with half of the cooled sauce and refrigerate to marinate for 5-6 hours, reserving the remaining sauce.

Remove ribs from the marinade and place them on the preheated grill, cooking for 20 minutes, turning once.

Loosely cover the ribs with foil and continue cooking on the grill for an additional 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Remove the ribs from the grill, place on a cutting board, and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.

Heat the reserved sauce, brush some over the ribs, carve, and serve with the remaining sauce.
