Instructions

  1. Combine molasses, bourbon, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl to make the glaze.

  2. Season your chosen protein with salt and pepper, then let it come to room temperature.

  3. Brush half of the glaze onto both sides of the meat.

  4. Cook the meat as desired, basting with the remaining glaze.

  5. Remove the meat from heat once it reaches the proper internal temperature.
