Instructions

  1. Drain the silken tofu.

  2. Peel, slice, and freeze the banana for 15 minutes.

  3. Combine tofu, banana, and soy milk in a blender; blend for 30 seconds.

  4. Add 1/2 cup blueberries and process until smooth.

  5. Incorporate the remaining blueberries, honey, and optional ice cubes, then blend until very smooth.
