Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Combine flour, confectioners' sugar, and melted butter; mix well. Press the dough into a 12-14 inch pizza pan. Bake crust 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; spread over the cooled crust.

  4. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Stir in blueberries and cool.

  5. Spread the cooled blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Chill thoroughly.

  6. Cut into wedges and serve with whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired.
