Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 F, then grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and blueberries in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt with lemon juice, then incorporate milk and eggs until well blended.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.

Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
