Blueberry Jell-O Salad

Start boiling water.

Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in reserved pineapple juice. Chill until slightly set.

Fold in pineapple and blueberries. Pour the mixture into a 9.5x6x2-inch pan and chill until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar; mix until smooth. Spread this mixture over the firm gelatin salad, then top with chopped pecans or walnuts.
