Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a large bowl, then pour into a 10-inch cast iron skillet or deep pie pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Cut cold butter into this mixture until large crumbs form.
