Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a large bowl, then pour into a 10-inch cast iron skillet or deep pie pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Cut cold butter into this mixture until large crumbs form.

  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the blueberries. Bake at 375 F for 30 to 35 minutes, until the fruit juices bubble and the topping is firm.

  5. Cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
