Preheat oven to 375 F.

Roll crescent roll dough into a thin rectangle; combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon zest, then spread onto the dough's center, leaving 1.5 inches on sides.

Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour, lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon sugar, then place them over the cream cheese mixture.

Cut diagonal strips on each side of the dough, about 10 per side, then alternately fold strips over the blueberries to create a braid.

Bake on the center rack for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
