Blue Cheese-Stuffed Figs

A quick and easy appetizer featuring figs stuffed with creamy blue cheese, pan-fried until lightly browned.

Instructions

  1. Cut a vertical slit into the side of each fig.

  2. Stuff approximately 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese into each fig.

  3. Place a toothpick through the lower half of each fig to hold it together.

  4. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then spray or brush the figs with neutral oil and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides.
