Blue Cheese Chicken Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Halve each chicken breast lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.

In an ovenproof pan, heat olive oil and sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.

Add wine, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 6-8 minutes until reduced by half.

Stir in blue cheese, cream, and parsley, then simmer for one minute.

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
