Blended Baked Oats Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 F and spray an 8-ounce ramekin or oven-safe mug with cooking spray.

Blend the egg, milk, sweetener, oats, baking powder, salt, and banana until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared ramekin or mug, then swirl in most of the mini chocolate chips.

Top with the remaining chocolate chips and optional cinnamon sugar. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs.
