Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine drained and rinsed black beans, diced bell pepper, green onions, minced jalapeno pepper, and fresh cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and hot sauce if substituting for fresh jalapeno.

  3. Pour the whisked mixture over the bean salad and toss until well combined.

  4. Gently fold in diced mango, then season with sea salt or kosher salt.

  5. Taste and adjust seasonings before serving.
