Bisquick Pancakes Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat an electric skillet to 325F or a regular skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and seltzer water.

  3. Stir in the baking mix until just combined, allowing small lumps to remain; do not overmix.

  4. Let batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Melt butter on the griddle or use cooking spray.

  6. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle.

  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown, adjusting heat as needed.

  8. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
