Bisquick Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

  3. Stir in Bisquick baking mix and chopped nuts.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

  6. Invert the loaf onto the wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
