Instructions

  1. Peel and mash kiwifruit into a puree.

  2. Stir 2 tablespoons sugar into the kiwifruit, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Whisk eggs until light and fluffy, then gradually whisk in 1 cup sugar until blended.

  4. Whisk in the cream.

  5. After chilling, combine the kiwifruit with the egg, sugar, and cream mixture.
