Beef Sukiyaki on the Grill

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Brush vegetables and tofu with oil; season steak with salt and pepper.

  3. Place steak directly on the hot grill, and add vegetables and tofu to a grill wok on the grate.

  4. Grill steak to a medium-rare or medium doneness, and vegetables until lightly browned; then remove all from the grill.

  5. Slice the cooked steak and vegetables thinly.

  6. In a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, add sukiyaki sauce. Stir in the sliced steak, then add the vegetables and tofu.

  7. Toss the mixture gently until hot and evenly distributed, then serve immediately.
