Instructions

  1. Combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons honey, 4 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon cayenne (optional) in a bowl.

  2. Place ribs in a flat container, then pour the marinade over them, ensuring all sides are coated.

  3. Cover the container and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.

  4. Prepare a smoker or grill.
