Beef Cottage Cheese Pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a pie pan with a pie crust.

  2. Cook onion, garlic, and ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, flour, marjoram, salt, and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, cool for 10 minutes, then evenly spread the meat mixture into the pie crust.

  5. In a small bowl, beat eggs, then thoroughly mix with cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Pour the cheese mixture over the meat in the pie pan.

  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F, until the filling is set and crust is golden.

  8. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
