Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add frozen vegetables and water; stir, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, shaking once, until thawed.

  3. Combine stir-fry sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl.

  4. Stir the sauce mixture into the skillet.

  5. Add beef, stir, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef is heated through.
