Beef and Bean Burritos

An easy beef and bean burrito features ground beef, refried beans, and enchilada sauce, all wrapped in flour tortillas.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet, then simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Stir in refried beans and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, heating thoroughly.

  5. Warm flour tortillas in foil in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

  6. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and arrange seam-side down on a serving platter.

  7. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the burritos, then garnish and serve with desired toppings.
