Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a lightly buttered casserole dish, combine flour, salt, sugar, melted butter, and corn.

  3. Beat eggs, add to milk, then stir the mixture into the corn ingredients in the dish.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and gently stir the top with a fork.

  5. Return to oven for another 10 minutes, then repeat the stirring.

  6. Bake for a third 10-minute interval, stirring again afterward.

  7. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the top is light brown and the pudding is firm.
