Beans and Hot Dogs Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

  2. Sauté onion and green pepper in oil in a skillet until tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, and mustard; then add sliced hot dogs and mix thoroughly.

  4. Pour the hot dog and bean mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then arrange cheese slices on top and bake for 5 minutes more until melted.
