BBQ Smoked Baked Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250 F.

  2. Wash and dry potatoes, then rub them thoroughly with warm bacon grease.

  3. Combine herbs and spices in a small bowl, then roll each potato in the mixture until fully coated.

  4. Puncture each potato several times with a fork.

  5. Place potatoes on the hot grill in the smoker and cook for 1 hour, turning once.

  6. Remove potatoes, wrap each in a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and return to the smoker for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
