BBQ Smoked Baked Potatoes

Instructions

Preheat your smoker to 250 F.

Wash and dry potatoes, then rub them thoroughly with warm bacon grease.

Combine herbs and spices in a small bowl, then roll each potato in the mixture until fully coated.

Puncture each potato several times with a fork.

Place potatoes on the hot grill in the smoker and cook for 1 hour, turning once.

Remove potatoes, wrap each in a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and return to the smoker for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
