Instructions

  1. Heat a greased griddle over medium heat.

  2. In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just blended.

  5. Stir in melted butter, adding extra milk if the batter is too thick.

  6. Drop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle.

  7. Cook until surface bubbles break and edges appear dry.

  8. Flip to brown the other side and finish cooking.

  9. Serve with desired toppings.
