Instructions

Heat a greased griddle over medium heat.

In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just blended.

Stir in melted butter, adding extra milk if the batter is too thick.

Drop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle.

Cook until surface bubbles break and edges appear dry.

Flip to brown the other side and finish cooking.
