Instructions

  1. Slice frozen meat 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.

  2. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, and liquid smoke in a bowl; stir well.

  3. Add meat to the marinade and coat thoroughly.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight, stirring occasionally.

  5. Preheat oven to its lowest setting. Place racks over rimmed baking pans and coat racks with cooking spray.

  6. Remove meat from marinade, shake off excess liquid, and arrange strips on racks without overlapping.

  7. Dry in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 hours until pliable yet dry.

  8. Remove from racks, freeze in a rigid container for 72 hours, then store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
