Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F if baking the crust.

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a large bowl, adjusting amounts for standard or deep-dish pies.

  3. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.

  4. For an unbaked crust, chill for at least one hour before filling.
