Barbecue Beef Ribs Basting Sauce

A slightly sweet and mildly spicy BBQ sauce designed to tenderize and flavor beef ribs.

Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, black pepper, oregano, white sugar, salt, and cayenne in a nonreactive bowl.

  2. Stir in cider vinegar, soy sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing thoroughly; heat briefly if needed to dissolve sugar.

  3. Store the finished sauce refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week, warming to room temperature before use on ribs.
