Instructions

  1. Combine milk, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until dissolved.

  2. Stir in mashed ripe bananas, ground cinnamon, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

  3. Churn the mixture for 20-25 minutes according to manufacturer's directions.

  4. Add crumbled vanilla wafer cookies during the last 5 minutes of churning.

  5. Transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
