Banana Orange Juice

An easy-to-make, healthy banana orange juice blend is best achieved with fresh orange juice and pre-frozen bananas for a frosty treat.

Instructions

  1. Peel and break bananas into pieces, then place them into a blender.

  2. Add 1/2 cup orange juice and process on high speed until the bananas form a smooth puree.

  3. Pour in the remaining orange juice and any sugar, then process on high speed until smooth and well-blended.

  4. Optionally, add ice to the blender and process until crushed and integrated into the juice.

  5. Serve the juice immediately; if refrigerating, shake or stir before serving and consume within 24 hours.
