Banana Nut Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

  2. In one bowl, combine mashed bananas, butter, and beaten eggs.

  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until blended, then add chopped nuts.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a wooden pick comes out clean.

  6. Cool the bread completely on a rack before slicing.
