Balsamic Roasted Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and lightly oil a large roasting pan.

  2. Toss potatoes, carrots, onions, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and herbs; arrange on the pan.

  3. Roast for 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

  4. Add green beans and roast for an additional 10 minutes.

  5. Season roasted vegetables with salt and pepper before serving.
