Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Place lamb chops in a dish or bag, pour marinade over them, coat evenly, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade, and place chops on grill grates.

  5. Grill chops 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
