Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking pan with foil, then spray it with cooking spray.

Trim pork tenderloins, removing fat and silver skin, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the seasoned pork on all sides until browned.

Transfer pork to the prepared baking pan, folding and tying thin ends for even cooking if necessary.

In the hot skillet, combine the remaining glaze ingredients; cook for 2-3 minutes until reduced by half, scraping up any browned bits. Brush some glaze over the pork.

Roast the pork for 20-30 minutes, brushing with glaze periodically, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F.

Remove pork from the oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Transfer pork to a serving platter; bring any remaining glaze to a boil and pour over the sliced tenderloins.
