Instructions

  1. Rinse and scrub beets, then cut into 1/2-inch slices.

  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together in a wide dish.

  3. Add beets to the marinade, coating them well, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Wrap marinated beets in foil with extra marinade; grill for 20-25 minutes until tender.

  5. Remove from foil and grill directly for 1-2 minutes.
