Baked Zucchini and Tomatoes With Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini, tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, basil, and pepper; toss well, then drizzle with olive oil and toss again.

Transfer the vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish.
