Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Saute onion in olive oil until tender, then cool for 10 minutes.

  3. Combine butter (or mayo), mustard, cooled onion, and poppy seeds; spread onto cut rolls.

  4. Fill rolls with turkey and cheese.
