Baked Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and cornstarch in a bowl to make the marinade.

Place salmon fillets in a bowl with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

Arrange the marinated salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, reserving any leftover marinade.

While the salmon bakes, heat the reserved marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat until thickened, adding water if needed.

Remove salmon from the oven and spread the thickened marinade over each piece.
