Baked Stuffed Fish Fillet

Preheat the oven to 350 F and generously grease a muffin tin.

Cut fish into strips, then line each muffin cup with fish and lightly sprinkle with salt.

Sauté onion and celery in 6 tablespoons butter until tender.

Combine the sautéed vegetables and butter with salt, black pepper, sage, and bread; add hot water if the mixture is too dry.

Spoon the stuffing into each fish-lined muffin cup.

Dot each stuffing center with 1/2 teaspoon butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
