Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Melt butter in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan inside the oven.

  3. Stir salt, crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon parsley into the melted butter.

  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the pan and bake for 5 minutes.

  5. Flip shrimp, then sprinkle with lemon zest, lemon juice, and the rest of the parsley.

  6. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until shrimp are fully cooked.
