Baked Sea Scallops

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the scallops with melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the seasoned scallops evenly in a 2-quart baking dish.

  4. Mix panko and olive oil in a small bowl, then sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.

  5. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the scallops are opaque throughout.
