Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Heat oil in an ovenproof pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add rice, stir to coat, and cook until sizzling for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Stir in hot chicken stock, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.

  5. Cover the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.

  6. Remove from oven, fluff with a fork, and serve.
