Baked Redfish Fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F/180 C and lightly butter a shallow baking dish.

  2. Pat 1.5 pounds of redfish fillets dry and arrange them in the prepared dish.

  3. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.

  4. Pour the butter mixture over the redfish fillets.

  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 F or the fish flakes easily.

  6. Serve the redfish with lemon wedges and rémoulade sauce if desired.
