Baked Red Snapper With Garlic and Herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Arrange two 6-8 ounce red snapper fillets in a nonstick-sprayed baking dish.

  3. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet, then stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, black pepper, parsley, and chives; cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Brush both sides of the fillets with a portion of the butter mixture.

  5. Toss 3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs with the remaining butter mixture and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Evenly spread and press the breadcrumb topping onto the fillets.

  7. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
