Baked Raisin Pudding

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, and butter; boil for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot syrup into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, raisins, milk, and vanilla; blend until smooth.

Gently pour the batter over the hot syrup in the casserole dish.
