Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and butter an 8-inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare fresh peaches by peeling, pitting, and thinly slicing them.

  3. Combine sliced peaches with 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, flavorings, cinnamon, and water.

  4. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared dish and dot with 1 tablespoon of cut butter pieces.

  5. Stir topping ingredients until well blended.

  6. Spoon the topping evenly over the peaches, spreading to cover.

  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
