Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Line a baking pan or spray it with cooking spray, then arrange chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Combine marmalade, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and curry powder in a bowl; mix well.

  4. Coat the chicken pieces with the marmalade mixture.

  5. Cover the pan tightly with foil; optionally, marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and baste the chicken.

  7. Continue baking uncovered for about 30 minutes more, or until the chicken reaches 165 F, basting every 10 to 15 minutes.
