Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or foil.

  2. Cut halibut into four 6-ounce servings and arrange skin-side down on the prepared sheet.

  3. Process torn bread into fine crumbs using a food processor.

  4. Combine crumbs with Parmesan, parsley, garlic, onion powders, salt, pepper, and melted butter in a bowl.

  5. Sprinkle and pat the seasoned breadcrumbs onto the halibut.

  6. Bake halibut for 10-12 minutes, or until it reaches 145 F or flakes easily with a fork.
