Baked Green Tomatoes Recipe
A simple baked dish, green tomato slices are topped with cracker crumbs, perfect for end-of-season surplus tomatoes.

Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick.

Arrange slices in a greased baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and spread 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar on each.
