Baked Fish With Tahini Sauce

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Oil a baking pan, arrange sliced onion, then place fish fillets on top, seasoning with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.

While the fish bakes, whisk tahini with 1/4 cup hot water, adding more water if needed until thick and creamy.

Stir in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings, adjusting consistency with warm water as desired.

Top the cooked fish with the prepared sauce.
