Baked Chicken With Peaches

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then coat the chicken.

Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven and brown chicken on all sides. Remove chicken, discard fat. If using a separate baking dish, deglaze the browning skillet with 1/4 cup orange juice, scraping up bits, then pour over chicken in the baking dish; otherwise, return chicken to the oven-safe skillet.

Combine orange juice, honey, vinegar, and parsley in a bowl, then pour this mixture over the chicken.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Add drained sliced peaches and bake for 5 minutes longer.
